We build the way out of the drought.
Oasis Outlook is a company built around one problem: people are more connected than ever and lonelier than ever. We work on products that pull people out of the endless scroll and put them back in the room with each other — real time, real faces, real life.
Technology made us reachable.
It did not make us close.
Isolation is the defining condition of this era — a health crisis with a Surgeon General advisory attached, and one every major platform quietly profits from. Every feed optimizes for attention held, not for a life changed. We think the next decade of consumer software gets built on the opposite bet: fewer interactions, higher stakes, real presence.
Of US adults experience loneliness
Roughly half the country reports meaningful loneliness — the largest unmet human need in the market, and the one served worst by current products.
US Surgeon General Advisory
Of young adults report it regularly
The generation raised online is the most isolated on record. It is a public health emergency, and it is also, plainly, a product problem.
Surgeon General Advisory
Report burnout from social platforms
People are not leaving the internet. They are leaving the mechanics — the infinite feed, the performance, the dead threads that go nowhere.

Four rules we do not break.
Oasis Outlook is a company, not a single product. What holds the portfolio together is a way of choosing problems — and a refusal to ship anything that only wins by holding attention hostage.
- 01
Presence over impressions
We only build products where the success metric is something that happened in real life. Not sessions. Not swipes. Outcomes you could tell a friend about.
- 02
Scarcity is a feature
Infinite choice kills intent. Our products put a frame around time and attention, because a set moment is what turns 'someday' into tonight.
- 03
Modeled before it is built
Every venture ships with a working financial model — funnel, pricing, retention, and net revenue — before a line of production code is written.
- 04
Lean by construction
Small teams, prototype-first, capital pointed at distribution rather than overhead. We validate in public and scale what proves itself.

Venture 01 · Confidential
We are working on the first one. We are just not saying its name yet.
A real market, a real model, a closed door.
Venture 01 is a consumer platform aimed squarely at isolation: a live experience designed to get people off the screen and in front of each other, with a full revenue model behind it. We share the product, the flows, and the numbers with signed partners — not with the internet, and not with the incumbents we intend to take share from.

Dominic Bayless
Dominic founded Oasis Outlook because he kept meeting people who were surrounded by screens and short on company. He is a business owner by temperament long before title: the kind of operator who would rather build the thing, price it, model it, and stand behind it than wait for permission from a room of people who have never shipped anything.
His reputation is simple and it is earned the same way every time — he does what he says, on the timeline he said it, and he shows the receipts. Partners get straight answers. Investors get the real model, not the flattering one. That standard is the reason Oasis Outlook exists as a company and not as an idea.
Owner-operator
Runs Oasis Outlook himself — strategy, product, model, and distribution all in one hand.
Builds, then talks
Ships working prototypes before pitching a slide. Every claim is something you can open and use.
Numbers first
Writes the financial model before the roadmap and holds every projection to public benchmarks.
Reachable
Answers his own phone and his own email. Investors and partners deal with the decision-maker directly.
The numbers, modeled.
This is modeled rather than guessed. Every figure here comes from the same model we hand to partners — built on public benchmarks, not rounded-up hockey sticks.

A category nobody owns
Venture 01 defines its own mechanic rather than competing on someone else's. There is no direct incumbent to out-spend.
Retention built into the product
When a product produces real-world outcomes, users stay and they bring people. The product becomes its own distribution.
Conservative, benchmarked math
Revenue is modeled against public conversion benchmarks from the category leaders, not against best-case assumptions.
Structural tailwinds
An isolation epidemic, a burned-out user base, and a generation actively looking for the alternative. The wind is behind this.
